How I love the Y - everything about it - the staff, the atmosphere of families of all ages, busy staying healthy and in touch. It's a very uplifting environment. Great to belong!

Spacious workout areas, nice running track, showers are powerful enough to rinse the soap off, sauna bath, good channel selection on exercise equipment.

The aqua fit and chair yoga classes fit my work schedule better than the classes available at the UMLY (where I have gone for many years). I am greatly encouraged to participate in more classes.

The Y offers wonderful opportunities for children, young adults and seniors.
The programs are designed for every level of fitness. The instructors are amazing and friendly. Membership desk is helpful with questions and engaging.
