Our carpets looked AMAZING after he left. We still have very light builders grade carpet that is 10+ years old. It has a lot of wear and many years of foot traffic - the results were amazing. The young technician was fast, friendly and very kind - he did a great job!

I gave an overall recommendation of a nine because my first several experiences were not as good as the last one. This time, the carpet was pretreated in a way I had never seen before... it is so much cleaner AND so much dryer after the cleaning than in the past. It had always been.
Anyway, the technician was VERY professional!
