I had my duct work cleaned by a so called local company from a Facebook subdivision page that did nothing but cost me more money and wasted my time and turned out to not even be local. The technician, Anthony, was friendly, went over all of my options, worked quickly, and ensured my carpet and the sofa were clean and fresh. There is a bit of an odor, however, it is not overwhelming and after a few minutes, it goes away. It was an easy process and I will use Zerorez again. Very happy and satisfied with the service and the outcome.
