Well, we had a rental that had pets circa 2010. The house stunk very bad like animals when the tenants left. We had zerorez come in a clean the carpets and from that cleaning on I have been a fan of zerorez as the house smelled like pets were never there. Repeat customer here

This was the first time using ZEROREZ. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised by how long it took to dry (although I was warned) but am happy with the results. Drying time was the only reason I gave a score of 9 instead of 10.
The guys were super friendly and knowledgeable about our needs and the services provided. Apparently, our AC ducts had NEVER been cleaned before this appointment and they were NASTY! The before and after photos were stunning to see. The deodorizer has definitely helped with lingering scents.
