I had the carpet cleaning this time around and Reggie did a phenomenal job. He was professional, polite and explained all of the services I selected along with additional services offered. He was quick and thorough with the cleaning of the carpets and stairs. Paired with the duct cleaning we did last week, we are now holidays ready thanks to Zerorez and their team. 10/10
