Steve was kind and very knowledgeable about the service he offered. In my case he recommended that I not gave him clean some of the areas I was planning on having cleaned. He felt it would be better to replace the carpeting and safe the expense of cleaning them. He clearly described why in an understandable way. The areas he did clean looked great and I will be telling my friends about your services.
