Quick and easy scheduling, a phone call from my tech 15-20 minutes ahead of his arrival. Tech arrived and was the nicest person! He told me what he was going to do and then cleaned my carpeting - which was in sorry shape - I have to admit. He gave me clear instructions about dry time. My carpeting looks terrific! I could not be happier. I will not hesitate to recommend this company or have them back in my home. And their prices are very reasonable.

Corey did a wonderful job explaining the products he used. He was knowledgeable about them, explained how they worked and why the extra product would produce the results desired to clean the carpet. He was respectful, polite and pleasant, from the time he arrived until the time he left. He worked efficiently and effectively. The carpet looks great!

I liked it ..at first ..the worker did well ..I gave him a $ 20 tip he did well ...it smelled fresh ...but the smell is back ...and I paid double because I only had 1 room .
I was quoted 70 ...and I pd way more than that ...had to pay for 2 rooms ... I gave the tech a tip because he was on time ...courteous and explained the process ... but I need them to come back ...and a redo .....thank you ...T.H.

Zerorez has been cleaning our carpets for a number of years now. Prior to that we used a number of different well known carpet cleaning companies, but we were never satisfied with the results. The Zerorez technicians have all been extremely professional, courteous, and have done an EXCEPTIONAL job. The end results always exceeded our expectations. I Liked the Gentleman that came tto clean my carpets he did a good job and and I asked if he could do and extra good job under my husbands wheelchair and he did he also he told me about the sanitary sulation that you use and I did that even though it cost more than it cost more then what it cost me to have the carpets cleaned. I am happy I made that choice because it refrehsed the whole house. Thank you so much because I waited too long to get it done and this will make my Christmas and it mybe the last one the family will have with him
