The carpet cleaning method was excellent! We've had our carpets cleaned over the 14 years since we built our home and this was the best stain removable and thorough cleaning that we have received. The tech, Remington, arrived about 15 minutes before the appointed time. He walked through all of the rooms to be cleaned with my husband and noted any special cleaning areas. He was courteous, respectful and friendly. You are fortunate to have him as your employee.
The guys who came and cleaned our carpets did a very good job, but mostly they were extremely nice, professional, friendly and careful. They put up plastic doorway protectors, a rug in the entryway, and they even wiped up footprints behind them on our wood floor even though those were pretty obviously my own footprints, not theirs. They were overall very professional and courteous.
