We had basically given up on one room in our house because it had been destroyed by our dog. We've had it professionally cleaned before, but I feel like it was really more of a band aid affect - the stains and smell never really left. I was also disappointed because I had it cleaned for an event I was having at my house, and the cleaning actually brought out more of the smell during their process. I LOVE the way zerorez works without the harsh chemicals. Our carpets look brand new. I am so incredibly impressed with how well it worked and how quick the process was. The technicians were very friendly. They made sure we were happy with each room and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the job they were doing. One of the best parts was they were very respectful of our house... they even used corner protectors to make sure our corners/baseboards weren't damaged!
They also used a cover for the front door to block anything coming in while the hose was in the house. We were very happy with the results ans the professionalism!

Everything was done well and the gentleman was very professional. Fully explained everything he did and did not get pushy, trying to oversell things like a lot of places. I really hate people who do that. I don't want a 'used car salesman" to show up to clean my furniture or carpets. If I want something I'll tell you.
