Really cleaned our carpets well. They had not been cleaned in years and we were concerned that the stains would not be completely removed, but they were. The service rendered by Jacob was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and made us very comfortable having him in our home during the pandemic. He wore a mask at all times and kept distance during our conversations. The service was completed in a timely manor, since he arrived on time, started to work immediately, and left our home looking very nice, better than I imaged.

It was super easy to book our appointment online and the quote was accurate. Daniel, our service guy, was extremely polite and professional. We declined any additional treatments to our carpet because we don't plan to have it for much longer and he was understanding. He explained the added benefits to us but was not pushy at all. He was quick and thorough and left no mess. Overall, it was a really great experience. Did you know that they do car interiors too??

Easy to work with - great communication with scheduling appt, arrival time window, etc. Great results following air duct cleaning service! Technician was extremely friendly, well-spoken, and knowledgeable about the services provided and showed me video of the air duct cleaning while in process. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend!

I think he was one of your first techs. Your technicians and your product are the reason we keep coming back. We have used you for about five years and will NEVER switch companies again. It really pays to keep a schedule for carpet cleaning. Our carpet in the bedrooms Is 25 years old and will be replaced next year but it’s continued success is due to your product and technicians over the last five years. Jacob was friendly, courteous, and honest. Unfortunately, he had to work around wet paint in the stairwell and did a fantastic job, without one complaint. He didn't push any extra services and stayed within our budget.
