Cam came to clean our carpets on Tuesday 10/20/20. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. He was friendly, very respectable and well-mannered. He really put a lot of effort into cleaning our carpet, especially on the few little stains we had. He explained the "Fiber Protection Plan" but did not pressure us in any way like the last company did. We did decide to go with the Fiber Protection. I really like how our carpeting looks and feels. The carpet seems to feel thicker to me. I recommended Cam & Zerorez to our daughter in Hight Ridge. She plans on using Zerorez since we were so pleased. I like the idea of the discount. Thank you.

The technician was very good at explaining the process and how it worked. He even took the time to walk the entire house and explain areas that needed more attention, I had a lot of urine stains from a little dog! And yes, it was more than the quote but I was happy to pay it to have the smell out! Great customer service and friendly staff! The duct cleaning was simple and not messy at all.
