I had a problem with a wine stain - I called and Davis came out and worked really hard but there was still some sign of the stain - he said that I should request that they come out again that it might come out after a second try - Countney and Mark came out and they worked magic on the stain - can't see any evidence of it. I am really pleased with the service that they all did.

The service provider called 45 minutes ahead to let me know he was in route & arrived early. He explained what was planned & asked additional questions; he worked quickly & diligently, explained each step as he started it; moved some of the furniture (chairs/sofa) & completed the planned job in an hour & a half. After completion, he explained expectations & asked if there were any additional questions he could answer. Couldn't be happier with the service. My 15-year-old carpet looks almost like new. Great service & result!

We will for sure be using Zerorez in the future! We had used Oxi Fresh previously with not such a great experience. From scheduling the visit to, changing the services and then the finished product I can't say enough great things. Joshua was our technician and what a great experience He is professional, hard working with the kind of attention to detail my "type A" husband appreciates! We had quite a large area with tile and grout, 4 rooms of carpet, stairs and an area rug and he did such an amazing job without stopping for 4 hours!! Definitely a 2 person job he finished with grace and a smile all by himself. Just a great experience al around.

Excellent transformation of the carpeting. There were a number of heavily soiled and worn spots especially in the high traffic areas. The technician was very thorough and did a very good job of explaining the process. Jacob was very nice, professional and efficient. He called ahead and came at the agreed upon time. He did a good job and my old carpet looks a lot better.
The service technicians are always very polite and efficient. They are very thorough and make sure what you want cleaned is possible. They do not make false promises. I have Zerorez clean the carpets every year and have been very pleased every year.
My technician Joshua was so nice and informative. He cleaned my carpets & cleaned up after himself. Loved the way the carpet turned out, clean & fresh smelling. Not at all overpowering smell, which I was considered about with my allergies. No problem at all, carpets dried pretty much overnight.

Efficient and professional cleaning job with great results. Like that harsh soap and chemicals are not part of the process.
