Have used your service twice and was pleased both times. Terry was very polite and professional. He explained what he would do and then set about doing it. Some stains could not be removed, but they are less obvious. Very pleased with the results.

Justin was very professional, polite, and VERY efficient. He explained different options, but I felt no pressure. I felt like he was very honest and informative. He was also accommodating to how we had to clean my carpets/very mindful of keeping the hardwoods underneath those area rugs dry and free from the he was using to clean the carpets. My carpets look almost new and that’s with high traffic, 2 dogs, small house and they’re about 6 years old!!! Definitely using zerorez again!

Overall, I’m happy with the carpet cleaning service I received. It’s been over a day now since my carpets were cleaned and they smell much nicer. They were soaked with cat & dog urine from the previous owners. My only complaint is that it was pretty pricey to get our basement and upstairs treated, so I’m just hoping everything was done to perfection. I feel like I still noticed some of the smell today, but I’m hoping that goes away considering how much I paid to get the service.
