The carpets cleaned up nicely and I feel like they are clean all the way through. They were still damp the next morning which I thought they were supposed to dry quicker than that. But maybe it’s because the carpets are older? But overall, I am happy!

Serick came to my home on time looked at my area, explained all their products, and promptly went to work, reviewed what he found afterwards and cleaned up in the timeframe he gave me. I am impressed with the quality of work and the end results from there cleaning. the last time I used them which was in Utah when I sold my home I still had stains, the amount of water left om=n my carpet was far too much and took hours to dry. I am very satisfied with my work and the end results. I would again request Sedrick.

Cameron communicated with me prior to his arrival. He was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained the process and asked if I had any questions. The questions I did have, he provided explanations. Cameron was careful of walls and doorways protecting them. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I like that no soap is used. Carpets dry more quickly and then cleaner and fresher longer.
All I can say is that our technician Terry was amazing! Very thorough and very professional. He didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of services I didn’t need and went into great detail about the ones I did and why. My dogs even liked him immediately, and that is huge! He showed up at the beginning of the window they gave us for our appointment and he was in and out very quickly. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Zerorez again.
