My technician Joshua was so nice and informative. He cleaned my carpets & cleaned up after himself. Loved the way the carpet turned out, clean & fresh smelling. Not at all overpowering smell, which I was considered about with my allergies. No problem at all, carpets dried pretty much overnight.

Your employee, Cedric, called 20 minutes prior to arrival, as originally stated when I booked your service. He arrived, assessed the proposal and then immediately began cleaning carpet. He was in and out in a reasonable length of time - and did an excellent job. But most of all, Cedric is a fine young man and should have a bright future with your company if treated properly and advanced based on his qualifications. When I was in business, I would of liked to have had a 100 Cedric's working for us.

The gentleman Cortez that cleaned our vents was amazing. Explained the whole process before during and after. Told us about the addition products and did not pressure sell. Would request any future work to be completed by Cortez.

Excellent stain removal and cleaning! Carpets that may have looked tired and in need of replacement often come out ready to show. Recommend to all my sellers prior to putting their home on the market. Smal linvestment, but returns!
