The technician very astutely recognized that the couch could have cotton upholstery and knew without starting that it could cause problems. Was quickly able to deduce the situation and saved both of us a lot of hassle with extra damage. Helped gain my trust in the company and it's people and I appreciate understanding the best way to make things happen.
