My older carpets are clean and stain-free, my house smells clean, and my tech, Jason, was great! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. We have an older dog who often piddles on the carpet, those stains are gone, as is the smell, thanks to the pet pre-treatment.
We had our area rug taken in to be cleaned after our elderly dog was very sick. It came back so soft and fresh.

Scheduling and service was very good. Had a minor issue and Zerorez FULLY stood behind their services and made it right. The technicians who delivered the service were friendly and professional.
The person who came to our house and cleaned our upholstery was very personable and professional. He explained the process as well as why knowing the fabric content of both the upholstery and the area rugs which he took with him was so important. Antonio did a great job!
