With one call a return visit was scheduled for the next day when they returned and fixed the stain. We really appreciate the follow up & that the issue was resolved so quickly. My carpets were dry within about 5 hours, the stains I needed removed were gone - even paint on the cream colored carpet from the previous homeowners. I would highly recommend.
