Only one regret, thought scrubbing machine was provided for heavy traffic and spotted areas. Know carpet is older, but well taken care of and some areas not to complete satisfaction.

We had our vents cleaned. The staff that showed up was friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail what they were going to do. Even provided us with a service I didn't know you offered. I suffer from bad allergies. They installed something to help with that. Highly recommend and we will use again in the future.

Zerorez cleaning technicians are always so friendly and helpful. We have used them 3 times now and we always book for our spring carpet shampoo. The last tech was able to get a stain out that I never thought would lift, and afterwards our carpet was so soft and clean smelling. Thanks again! We will see you next year.

Service was good. However as with the last time they needed to come out again to fix a few spots. I know our carpet is older but some of the spots left 'cleaner' looking marks. I'm happy overall with the service, the technician was very nice and I know he really worked to get out what he could.

The techs are very friendly
The workers introduced themselves before coming in the house. They took the time to explain what they wriggle be doing and about how long it would take, and gave updates as they went. They were both very friendly and courtesy. We were very satisfied with Mark and Mario.
