My carpetlooks clean - even the hallway. There wasn't a lot of moisture left. Your serviceman was knowledgeable and courteous. And he told me I was doing a good job because my carpeting was in good condition. A little compliment never hurts.

I liked the thorough explanation of services and measured comments by the technician. He did not overpromise or try a hard sell. He carefully explained what he was going to do, what service(s) might be a good idea given my circumstances, and that there are limits to what can be done.

Profesional; on time. Overall happy with the service, but you should have done all possible dryer duct cleaning in the first visit (as it turned out it was possible) instead of coming a second time on my request, to clean it from the inside end.
Remington was friendly, courteous, and explained the service well. Went through the option for the biological treatments for our carpets as well ( we have a puppy we just finished housebreaking). Carpet cleaning went well, very happy with the process. Should have been doing this at least annually for a long time, and will do so in the future. Very happy with results.

Tile cleaning
I was happy with the service that I received. They were quick and took away tons of dust and dirt from my air ducts. They did leave a little mess around each of my vent registers that I had to clean myself.
The service was exceptional! Got out all the stains in the carpet and gave the carpet a good clean shine and a fresh smell! Thanks to you all for your good work!
