Had to call for another treatment as a stain came through the carpet. Second treatment worked and the guy did a great job of cleaning up. I would have given a score of 10 but the first cleaner dribbled water on the hardwood floors all the way to the basement carpet. He attempted to clean it up a bit but did not catch much of it. When the water dried it left a white film which wiped up with a floor cleaner but I had to scrub the floor by had from the front door to the basement where the carpet was cleaned. Overall carpet now looks much better and feels great.
Your representative arrived on time, was very friendly and obviously very experienced in cleaning carpet. He did an excellent job and completed every thing we requested.
