The technician was wonderful. The communication between the technician and myself was great. My only complaint was how the pay works. I was at work getting very little Wi-Fi service and could not get a payment to go through. It took several calls and about 20 minutes to be able to get someone to take my information over a phone call, being at work that made it a bit challenging. The work and that technician were lovely.

You have very courteous employees. They stayed out of our way as much as possible, I have an elderly mother who is difficult to move and they were understanding and very patient. They did a great job with the cleaning and they were quick.
