Your technician was polite and conscientious. He explained the cleaning process and did a thorough job of cleaning our carpets. We had a pet stain which did not come out fully on the first attempt, but you returned to repeat treatment to finish the job.

This is the second time we've used ZEROREZ at our church. This time it was for a very neglected couple of long, wide hallways. Dominic the technician and his helper were very nice, efficient and communicative. They did a great job! They got all the spots up and the carpet looks great. It also smells good. The price was very good too! We are very happy with our choice to use them and will be using them again.
