Love the red light.....enjoy the relaxing warmth especially in winter. Enjoy some peace, tranquility with the TV set to a nature view and the sound of running water in the background is so peaceful. Even if I want to read or just close my eyes for awhile. I enjoy the scented towel, cold towel at the end.

Clean facility, flexible scheduling and membership pause and reinstatement is a plus. Maybe one day a location on the NW side of the city? Irving Park? Logan Square?

You need to add one more towel as well as seal the glass door on left side so cold air doesn’t breeze through. Otherwise place is great. Love the stampcrete floor and heat is great. Shower and sno function is fantastic.

Easy to book, clean suites, very friendly staff-all of them, special call out to Mel and Siena who are the ones we see the most, now friends. Would recommend unreservedly.

I’m not sure what I’d do without this sauna. It’s been huge in my recovery from Long Covid and the team there is terrific. Service is exceptional, place is always clean and well-maintained, pricing is great…it’s a close to a perfect experience as you can get.
