I recently underwent a reverse shoulder replacement. Six weeks later, I went to Perspire for the first time since my surgery. I cannot believe the difference it made from just 40 minutes in the studio. The pain decreased by about 50% and my flexibility and mobility increased incredibly! I never would’ve believed it had I not experienced it.
I feel great afterwards and my skin looks nice. Helps with healing scars.
This was my first experience with an infrared sauna, and it was wonderful! Sabrina made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She took the time to show me how everything works and answered all my questions. The studio was spotless, beautifully decorated and very relaxing. I'll definitely be going back!

Loved the red light an infrared sauna. Was very accessible and easy to use, and Ruby explained how to use the facility with refreshingly casual precision.
Further, I noticed some nice benefits lightness and soothed tension soon after completing my first session.
It was no surprise that I felt a heightened urgency to hydrate immediately after, so I also loved being able to access LMNT electrolytes to hydrate and restore my senses to prevent any potential dehydration symptoms from surfacing (of course any water of your choice will do, but do I think the brand's electrolyte ratios have been ideal for quicker recovery).
Overall am definitely excited to return and discover what other new benefits there might be both in the short term and longterm. Thank you!
