I have had Zero Rez clean my carpet for years. It always looks great when they finish and stays beautiful for many months. I do have the advantage of 30 year old carpet... made with some nylon... which seems to hold up well. The representative has always been polite, on time, and thorough. Cleaned 2 areas that had been cleaned by a fire cleaning company but left dirty. They look like new now. Also cleaned a couch that was damaged in a fire. Nice personable, hard working young man.

Good contact from email and call with time coming. Very professional and courteous technician arrived at my home and explained what he was doing as the cleaning was completed.

No unsafe products…..leaves a refreshing smell ….good service and efficient!

Our tech was FANTASTIC!!

We have used ZeroRez three consecutive times. First, their cleaning. It is far superior to the many other carpet/area rug companies that we have used over the decades. Second, their protection to interior furniture/wall corners/shoe covers/etc. is fantastic; using molded bumper guards and good old care and caution. Third, their work ethics. The personnel actually call 20-30 minutes before arriving, they do arrive on time, they are very professional and courteous, they advise how long it will take to clean the carpets/area rugs after familiarizing them self's with the scope of work and the degree of dirt and they work straight through without taking breaks. And fourth, the cost is provide up front before they start work, they honor sale flyers, and whether the job consist of carpets, area rugs or fabric chairs/couches; the price is very reasonable!
