You know your product may be good but if you don’t have right people it won’t work. (Dillon I think his name was), was great so pleasant, answered all my questions with a smile, he is the best.
I choose Zerorez because their cleaning process does not add toxic chemicals to my home. The prices are reasonable and the technicians were efficient and hardworking and were careful to a void doing any damage. The carpets are quite old by cleaned up to look very good.
