Cleaning service is great and affordable

I used to use Stanley Steamer , but after using Zerorez I'm happier with the way they clean my carpet and how quickly it dries. They took out stains Stanley Steamer Never..... could.
But also, I've had one bad experience with Zerorez but, I don't think the technician that came that day really cared how he did his Job.
The last guy who came out made up for him. He was amazing. Wish I remembered his name.

I was pleased with the initial results, except for some missed areas. I called and Zerorez immediately sent someone out to assess and redo the spots. I’m very happy with the results and responsiveness of Zerorez and its staff.

Freindly Service Tech, they listen to any questions that I have and gave me some helpful things to do when drying my carpet.

Both the operations manager and the technician arrived exactly when they said they would. The process was explained in detail and the carpet looks and smells great!
