Your very polite and friendly service person explained the cleaning process to me. He was very thorough and cleaned my heavy pile carpet and one loveseat in a couple of hours. The carpet smells and looks very clean. I have a couple of spots left where I had used Oxy clean. Other than that the carpet looks brand new.
