I've used Zerorez since 2012, first when I lived in Phoenix and now that I'm living in Lincoln, NE. The quality of the product and the work of the technicians is always excellent! That's why I if I need a carpet cleaned, I'll always use Zerorez! My technician was Serac (not sure of the spelling of his name) and he was extremely efficient and hard working.
