What I like about the products is that they are chemical-free or natural. The service couldn’t have been better. Even before they stepped into our house, my phone calls and questions or answered with patience and care. Then Brandon and Parker stepped in, reviewed the whole place and came up with a plan for the best way to clean our unique residence. They took into care That we had three cats who might be stressed and worked with us to ensure that are animals and our needs and requests were satisfied by asking questions along the way. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who was looking for quality and care when getting their carpets cleaned.

Start to finish Zerorez gave excellent customer service. The appointment scheduler was friendly and courteous. The technicians called before they got to the house and were waiting for me when I arrived. The technicians were customer service oriented, they wore booties in the house and had corner protectors for the walls. They were able to get out a high traffic spot on the carpet and they did everything in a timely manner. Thank you Ronnie and Jose!
