The tech was very nice and explained everything so well. He was super helpful with the payment process with my landlord as well. The basement smelled amazing when he was finished and the smell of the oranges filled the whole house.
Carpets cleaned and checked to be sure no pet urine before chemical applied and extracted.
Sometimes it is surface spots and not deep cleaning needed.
Service is expensive but have had good luck w carpeting lasting.

Colton was on time and friendly. He explained the whole process and talked us thru our options. He was NOT pushy. Very professional and worked diligently. Would definitely use ZeroRez again if Colton could be our service guy!

The service tech was fantastic! He thoroughly explained everything prior to starting the carpet cleaning. I was not able to be at the house when he left, but he made sure to lock the doors and close the garage. He even let the dog out to potty before he left! 10/10 will recommend you guys!

The service professional was able to get 10 year old paint stains out of the carpet. You could barely tell where the stain was. Also, the carpets smelled great and he was efficient.
