I had three rooms and a hallway cleaned. The tech was very good! He took great care to place corner protectors on all doorways and wall corners. He worked on our floors for nearly 3 hours! They look great and feel so clean!! He even helped move one of the large couches back into one of the rooms for us. I would recommend this company and this tech! Thank you.

I will always use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning because you do not use chemicals for your cleaning. The carpets come very clean and look almost like new after your service. In addition the fact that you communicate the arrival time of the cleaning with updates if necessary is extremely important to me. Fresh. Clean always

A very thorough cleaning by Alex. Worked hard on dog pee spots and got them out. Added a special coating at the end. Our carpet continues to look brand new for an old carpet. Alex was polite, asked if we were satisfied with the job, and told us how long to wait before vacuuming. Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaner we ever use because they are the best!

The carpets look very good, the tech was on time, courteous and friendly. We asked what the cost would be to clean a 4ft diameter area rug and a 1ftx3ft carpet strip that is used under our dog’s food dish. We were very surprised that those 2 small pieces would be $60. We said no
