The guy that came last Saturday to clean our master bedroom carpet, I think his name was Terrill (sp). He did the best job ever. It looks like a new carpet. Our carpet was in bad shape as my husband had surgery and the carpet was pooped on, peed on, and bled on. Plus there was a dark high traffic area as you came in from the hallway. Since Terrill cleaned it there is no dark spots no high traffic area dark spot.

We have had Zerorez before many times but no one cleaned our carpet like Terrill.did.

He is the best ever!!!!!!!

Is good service but the point is about the guarantee because when lm call the operator tell me this guarantee is for 30 days in any service and when the technician is here he say the guarantee is only if lm including some especially quimical or something like that,then l think the operator need more specific.

The only issue I had with them was with the lady taking the order. She apparently was on a cell phone and was partially breaking up and hard to understand at times. They scheduled between 2 and 4 and called earlier in the day to reschedule to 12-2 which was great. The technician called about 12:40 and said he was on the way. He showed up at 1:00 and after showing him the rooms he got right to work and was done at 1:45. He did a great job and all of the spots on the carpet, which I did not think would come out, were gone. I am very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them and used them again.

David Cardarelli was very professional in that he explained the Zerorez process in detail to us. He was very friendly, kind and respectful when speaking with my wife and I about any questions or concernss we had. The final result when the work was completed made our carpets look like new. David sets the example for other technicians to emulate!
