The customer service was amazing! I was given a very reasonable quote online. The office told me the Technician would call me about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment & he did. Not only was the Technician Ben very courteous, but he was actually able to show up a little early, which was convenient for me! He explained the whole process & then made sure to give the 2 areas a good look over in case there was anything to be concerned about. He did the job wonderfully! My area rug & son’s carpet looks squeaky clean & spotless! P.S. He also saved a baby snake (non poisonous) he found outside by moving it back into a grassy area away from the sidewalk:) Thank you so much for the great work!
