Lisa and Stephen were fabulous, very friendly and very professional. Out tiles were not an easy clean and then needed sealing. They are terracotta and very porous and having had a wet winter with 2 big dogs, the job was not easy. We tried different ways to get the results and both were as determined as I to get the right results. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone. Thanks you! The customer service from the office was excellent too, always checking In to see how each job (there were 2) was performed.
Reggie was absolutely wonderful! He’s very knowledgeable & he explained exactly what needed to be done! He went over pricing so there were big surprises!! You can tell he’s very passionate about his job! He’s also very personable!! Very respectful! We won’t hesitate to call Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned & will insist on having Reggie back to our home!

The technician that was at the house did an excellent job. He was extremely professional and made sure to throughly clean the carpet and stairs. The cleaning product used left the carpets looking like new, would definitely recommend using Zerorez.

Matthew was very good. Your products seemed to clean well until it dried then I could see a lot of the spots . So I had to take my cleaner and clean them myself. Not sure u take enuf time to spray the spots.
