Was a really great deal and exactly what we needed at the time to get rid of a trail that had been worn into the carpet. The carpet is probably 30 years old and the technician did a wonderful job. Some areas wouldn't fully come out but it pulled probably 95% of everything out that we were looking for. We're very grateful for the deal. The technician, Anthony, was friendly, went over all of my options, worked quickly, and ensured my carpet and the sofa were clean and fresh. There is a bit of an odor, however, it is not overwhelming and after a few minutes, it goes away. It was an easy process and I will use Zerorez again. Fairly easy to schedule. Worker came on the day promised - they even tried a little early but I wasn't available yet.
Tim was great, did a good job in a good amount of time. Almost got out a stain I thought was impossible, it's not all out but faded so not as noticeable. Very friendly.

Your staff is very professional and friendly and do a thorough job. When we had a room with carpet cleaned that had coffee stains on it when he finished the job it looked like the stains were never there, but a couple of days later they came back. When I called you sent someone out to do a redo and this time when he hand washed the stains they went away and are still gone. We also had a reciliner cleaned that was REALLY dirty and when he finished it looked practically brand new.

The estimate that they quoted was accurate. Any additional treatment done to our carpets was optional. No pressure to do so. We did choose to safeguard our cadets. The technician who cleaned our carpets was very pleasant and did an excellent job. Our carpets look great!
