When I made the appointment to have my carpets cleaned, I explained that my husband had an injury and there was blood on the carpet. The tech who came to clean my carpet arrived on time, was nice to deal with and did a great job of cleaning my carpets, including the bloody area. He came prepared with a solution to remove the blood after first testing the solution in a hidden corner of the carpet. I cannot see any sign of any blood. Great job!

We are very pleased with the duct cleaning and the carpet cleaning. Many stains were removed and 13 year old carpet looks new . Talon and Lloyd did a super job. Explained your products fully and advised of our options, but did not push.. We will recommend your services and request Talon and Lloyd again.

Although. I was surprised at the charge. I was quoted twice $250.00 but charged $324.75. I hadn't realized it because I was on the phone as he was leaving. I saw it this morning in my bank account. I wish had known I would be charged so much more.
