I had my duct work cleaned by a so called local company from a Facebook subdivision page that did nothing but cost me more money and wasted my time and turned out to not even be local. I called and scheduled with zerorez set up an appointment. Cam and Ben were on time and explained everything they were going to do right when they showed up. They did exactly what they said they would and quickly. When they were done you couldn’t tell they were even there! This is the second time I had zerorez work on my home and would not hesitate to use them again for anything! Thank you for be professional!

My townhouse is pretty much tile throughout and the tile has never been this clean and stunning. The products worked extremely well. I don’t think it’s even possible to be disappointed with Zerorez products. Now to the services: this was my first experience with Zerorez, but certainly not the last. Originally, my appointment was for the aforementioned tile cleaning. Well, the appointment grew bigger and better thanks to my technician, James. He thoroughly explained the significance of sealing the grout between glazed porcelain tiles in my home. I was somewhat familiar with sealing, however, after James presented the Zerorez process and answered my questions, there honestly wasn’t a single reason to exclude sealing the grout throughout the entire house. On my own, I might have settled for cleaning the tile. James took me down the path of cleaning, sealing, and caring for tile. Guess one could think of it as “TILE 101.” I’m thankful that I enrolled! Why would one only go halfway regarding the most expensive purchase for the majority of us, that being one’s home.
My technician was punctual, courteous and very professional. Would recommend him anytime. The whole Team was amazing. They kept me informed and reminded me bu email and text about my appointment.
