This was my first time using Zerorez for duct system cleaning. I am so glad I listened to my wife who recommended calling Zerorez to clean the ducting system. This was a rental property that had a tenant in when we bought it. When the lease was up we found that the AC system was not maintained properly and was at risk for mechanical failure because of it. The Zerorez team did an outstanding job of explaining how my AC system worked, provided advice on how to maintain it moving forward for better performance, and cleaned the unit up quickly. I am confident we will get longer life out of the unit because of the deep cleaning they did. They did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done which enhanced my confidence and the overall customer experience. I will definitely use Zerorez again on future projects.

The product very good all of my tracking areas was clean and afterward u could see the heavy tracking area at all. The service was excellent Karly was very professional and nice explain the process very well. She even took the time to clean one of the heavy track area to show what it would look like after cleaning to see if I like it before she cleaned the whole area. She really did a very good job. My carpet looks new. Love it and I would recommend the company. Have already told several people about ZEROREZ.

Our carpet did NOT dry in 4-6 hours. We left the furniture off it overnight because some spots were very damp but the entire carpet was damp.
We had Zero-Rez clean the carpets in the spring, Once again were told 4-6 hours dry time and once again they were not dry by then.

The young man who came to clean them was polite and efficient,.
