PRICE IS GREAT, easy to schedule, appointment was confirmed, an appointment reminder was sent, the technician called when he was 20-30 minutes out heading to our home, he was thorough in explanation, did not push on any upsells, was honest, and did a fantastic job. The carpet looks great, and it dries quickly, the scent, smelled refreshing like oranges afterward and not like wet carpet or cleaners, no unpleasant odor at all.
