Technician was very knowledgeable and personable. He not only explained what he was going to do but asked during the process our thoughts on the results. Out serviceman Trent was excellent. The rugs look great but little improvement on the couch. You've offered a re-do on the couch but personally, I don't think it will make any improvement.

I highly recommend Colton & his helper. They cleaned my carpeting on 4-17 and did an excellent job. They were very prompt on arrival time. I explained a few things to them that I wanted done and they immediately got busy. They were soon done & on their way. They were 2 very nice gentlemen.

Have used ZeroRez for years. Previously when we lived in Dallas and Now in Little River. Always very friendly and careful of your home and furnishings. Carpets are never left drenched and take days to dry. No harsh soaps or chemicals. Efficient and on time. Great experience.
