Very professional. Technician was fantastic.
We had both our ducts and carpets cleaned. All of the service technicians were kind, knowledgeable and efficient, leaving our place looking and feeling so clean. We saw an immediate improvement in our allergy symptoms after having the services done and the place feels brand new. When it’s time for a repeat service we’ll definitely be coming back to zerorez. As an aside, the reason we contacted Zerorez for this cleaning is because we had such a great experience with a tech a few years ago that actually talked us out of a service we didn’t need (we ended up needing to replace the carpets anyways). Instead of just showing up and doing the bare minimum and leaving, he talked through our plans and suggested that carpet cleaning might not accomplish everything we needed done on the previous owners’ heavily soiled carpets. I was so appreciative, I came back to zerorez when we actually did need the cleaning done thanks to our own wear and tear and pets.
The representative named Anthony showed up with a smile and did an awesome job!
He explained the process in detail and I was confident that my ducts were going to be cleaned and I would be left living in a healthier environment when he left. I had already scheduled my carpets to be cleaned that morning, but I will be sure to schedule an appointment with this company for that service going forward.

We had Zerorez clean the ducts in our home. The photo's they took were very interesting, highlighting how much they needed it and how great they looked afterwards. We also had them treat the ducts with an antimicrobial treatment then they installed a UVC light air purifier. The air in our house smells better and just feels cleaner. Matt and Shawn were very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure to explain the process and kept me updated on what they were doing. We are very happy and highly recommend using Zerorez for duct cleaning, we also use them for carpet cleaning and will not use anyone else.

Reasonably priced for a quality job.
Our cotton area rugs are cleaned beautifully by Zerorez and returned to our home. Sofas and chairs have spots made by pets have been cleaned and disinfected and look almost new each time Zerorez cleans them. The men and women who come to our home take pride in their work and take time to explain their process while making sure their process will not harm silk or wool fabrics.
