I have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies. Satisfactory ratings as least. Zerorez finally began service in my area and it is without a doubt the best one hands down. This is the 3rd time I have had Zerorez do my carpet cleaning and I'm so happy with the results. My carpet is old and needs replacing. I also was very impressed with their office staff. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They keep in contact with me via email reaffirming the date and time they would be here plus they called about 30 minutes before arrival time to let me know they were coming. There were no "might's, maybe's, or could be's" in our conversations.

I even emailed their office with a question and got a response immediately. What wonderful customer service - a real rarity nowadays! Needless to say, I had a very good experience and would recommend them. They will do an outstanding job.

Gets the carpet the cleanest

The scheduler was very friendly and very accommodating to my need for prompt service and willing to substitute one bedroom cleaning for a hallway cleaning during their "Three bedrooms for $99.99" promo, since we only needed two bedroom carpets to be cleaned.

The technician was on time, friendly and willing to include walk-in closets carpet cleaning since the bedrooms were each smaller than 200 square feet.

Very thorough cleaning! Carpet looks new again.
