The customer service is the best part

We have had three different carpet cleaners clean our carpet over the years. We used Zerorez this last time and the tech, Dixon inspected everything before starting and gave us a price but was concerned about our very light colored carpet with heavy traffic stains. Dixon worked extra hard to achieve our satisfaction. We were very happy that we chose Zerorez.

Joseph was cordial, worked hard and efficiently and did a good job of explaining why the extra charge for carpet protector would be worth it. He got out every spot we were concerned about. In the end, the carpet looked beautifully clean.

My only suggestion is to warn customers that the carpet might pucker for a couple days as it (or the pad) dries out. Our wool carpet had a significant pucker the full length the room for more than 48 hours and we were very alarmed. When I called Joseph he suggested the pucker might have been there before (it wasn't) and he suggested it might be the result of being an older pad under the wool carpet. Neither suggestion was very reassuring! Fortunately, when my husband called the ZeroRez office the woman who he spoke with assured us that this happens sometimes and that after the pad dries it would most likely revert to normal. We felt much better, and by the third day it looked fine.

It was quick and easy to book, and the technician did a fantastic job!

Very nice technician. Protected corners of walls so hose did not damage anything. Treated spots so that they came up nicely. No chemical odors at all!

The technician was very professional and considerate. Also, we chose Zerorez because we have very severe allergies to scented cleaning solutions. When Zerorez was finished cleaning the carpets, there was no scent left behind, which is imperative for us, so I would definitely recommend!!

Scott (I think, I can’t remember for sure) was very prompt, efficient, and did a GREAT job! Took the extra time to answer my questions and explain the process regarding a possible duct cleaning. Carpet looked GREAT and his customer service was outstanding!
