Mario with ZeroRez was quick, friendly, and efficient. On the day of my appointment, he called me to ask if I was okay with him showing up early due to a cancellation. I was available, and he was at my house within 15 minutes of the phone call. We've had some issues with pet messes recently, and he explained my options well and was not pushy about adding on any additional services, which I greatly appreciated. It was a bit pricier than some other companies I had previously spoken with, but the experience with ZeroRez was far more pleasant and efficient, which makes it worth the extra cost, in my opinion. I will be using ZeroRez from now on for carpet cleaning and am considering using them for air duct cleaning as well due to how pleasant and easy the carpet cleaning experience was.

Mariah worked diligently to clean my soiled carpets - for the most part quite successfully, but in a couple of spots not as successfully. I don't know if it was possible to completely clean those areas as she worked pretty hard to get them clean. I still have a couple of rooms to be cleaned, and I will call Zerorez/Mariah at that time. Overall a good experience.
