I tried Zerorez for the first time last year. Afterward my carpets seemed much cleaner and remained so far longer than ever before. The technician was professional and expedient. So I returned this year for follow-up service. The technician Johnathan Jackson was amazing to work with. After letting him through the door I had an important work matter arise and after a few minutes of waiting Johnathan could tell I was engaged and got to work without the normal introductions or pre work instruction and agreements. When he finished he provided post treatment directions and appeared very knowledgeable about the products and service. I’m a construction projects manager for a global prime defense contractor. Johnathan was smart, diligent, and easy to deal with. I think should be considered for additional roles beyond service calls, if the need should arise with your company.

carpet feels very clean. Your employee did top noch considering my carpet is 20 years old and I have animals. He was so personable and seemed to love what he does. I would definitely use again.

What I like about your products is that the carpet dries so fast. Instead of a 24 hour dryer period it is more like 6-8 hours of drying. For our life style this works!!

Cleans really well, drys fast, leaves little residue, fairly priced. Easy to get an appointment. Tile and grout cleaning seems a bit pricey though.

As I am sensitive to chemicals, fragrances, and scents, I like that your company doesn’t use chemicals. The citrus pre-treat is not at all offensive, and as explained, the scent quickly dissipated. Of all your technicians, Jeff provided excellent service. He was courteous, respectful, professional, thorough with explanations, and did a great job of cleaning my carpets.
