I always use Zerorez, and recommend to to friends and family. My tech this last time was Travon B, he was very professional and did a through job. Carpets dried very quickly and what I like is that Zerore doesn't leave your carpets soggy or crunchy when dry.

I have used Zerorez a few times now and love that there isn't a chemical residue in the carpets and how much gunk comes out. In our case, we have a shedding dog and cat and the carpet cleaning really helps get rid of a lot of the hair. The house feels a lot cleaner afterwards. All the techs I have used have been really great - knowledgeable, professional and personable. Thanks again for a great clean.

It's possible some of the high traffic area could use another pass- not sure if you are willing to come back. or not- that being said I would still use you again and request him.
