Technicians were on time, were thorough and professional and offered optional services while they were here.
The rugs look brighter overall. There is a noticeable fading in some areas in two of the larger rugs. Because of the type of rugs, they have never been in the sun to fade. The overall red rug had never been cleaned. The lighter colored rug had been cleaned before one time since owned by me. The rest of the smaller rugs have not been rolled out to see their condition.

Kairen did a fabulous job on our carpets and upholstered chairs. We are so happy with his ability to make everything so fresh and clean. Great service. The tech walked thru before and after the carpet cleaning. He even pointed out a couple of things that were not cleanable.
Zerorez Alpharetta tackled our elderly mother’s carpets and did such an excellent job in getting them as clean as possible. We knew it was going to be quite a job and were concerned that they wouldn’t come clean. Spencer was so kind and considerate of our mother‘s home! The carpets look so much better! We will definitely use them in the future and Spencer should be commended for the professionalism and kindness he displayed!
