We've been diligent to vacuuming our wall to wall over the last 10 years but haven't cleaned it until this week. The carpet is a shade or two lighter in color, and the stains are completely gone.

The servicer was very friendly and helpful. He offered to spray our carpet with a deodorizer to help with the pet odor. He did our carpet and tile and was very thorough. We will use Zerorez again.

How clean the carpet is, after cleaning , without all of the chemicals. I was a bit disappointed that after requesting a certain cleaner, that they sent someone else, without asking. I had already prepped everything and planned for clean carpet that week. So, didn’t have much choice and was nervous, because I had only used DA Burns in the past and my carpet is new. I worked out though, price was on the higher side, for what I had done.

The person who performed the service was very professional and proactively communicated everything I needed to know through the entire service. Carpets looked great minus paint spots and some very high-traffic areas.

Tech came on time & did a great cleaning job on my very old carpets. Was able to get up a lot of cat hair that is in my carpets. This is second time I have used Zerorez & will continue to use them. Dried fairly quickly too.

Our technician arrived within the agreed upon window. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in our home--would request him again! He was extremely helpful when discussing our cleaning options. He genuinely wanted to help us and it showed. He finished the cleaning in a reasonable time frame and we appreciated that because it was about 6:30pm on a Friday evening. Those are great positives.

I have two suggestions. After I made the appointment, I received a reminder every single day that Zerorez was coming soon. I am already a fan of Zerorez so I was looking forward to the much-needed cleaning. The day before I received a reminder call on top of all the email communication. Maybe other people need all those reminders, but I thought it was a bit much.

Second, we were caught off guard when seeing the "tip" line when paying. While our technician did a great job, we expect Zerorez to pay their people adequately so we are not asked to tip. After all, we just paid over $350 for just about an hour of work to clean the carpets. I would prefer the tip amount be included in the service fee so we are not making this call while paying in front of the technician.

Had my ducts cleaned and they sure needed it. Great workers. They arrived on time , explained everything , and price was as quoted. They provided before and after pictures and results were amazing !! The price was a Great Value and I would highly recommend them for your duct cleaning needs .

Colton was the best!! He explained all my options and tried to see if there were any discounts he could apply to my order. He was very personable but very professional! I love Zerorez but would ask for Colton again and again. When I move to my new home I will be calling and asking for Colton.

I use zero Rez every year for a spring cleaning and they do a good job are neat and responsibly priced.
