The carpet is always gets cleaner than i expect, for how old and beat up it is. It's always dry VERY shortly thereafter. Most importantly, the techs are fantastic, and I'm never uncomfortable having them in my personal space.

Jake and Michael were very personable, friendly, courteous. They did a very nice job cleaning my carpeting. Jake called to let me know they could be there earlier if I wanted. It was nice to get an early start! They helped me by turning on the ceiling fans that I have a hard time reaching. I was very pleased with how clean my carpeting looked the next day. Technicians Jake P. and Antonio (I believe was his name) were friendly, professional, and informative. They completed the air duct cleaning quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Sooooo happy with the results of cleaning my moms VERY spotted, stained carpet thru out her home! We mainly needed it cleaner appearing to put it on the market after her passing, it came out SO much better than we could’ve imagined, the tech was great! Kudos to Mariah!

We were extremely satisfied with the results that Morgan was able to produce on ALL items - a 3-cushion sofa & a matching 2-cushion love seat, a large upholstered wingback chair & a leather recliner!!!! He was very professional, meticulous & personable. He answered all of our questions & we will surely contact Zerorez in the future for our professional cleaning needs. Fast and efficient

Loved the results. Jose was a hard worker, friendly and did a great job!…I didn’t like all the add-ons mentioned for closet, biological stains, stain guarding, etc from the company. I question the “hallway” I got charged for. We didn’t really have a hallway cleaned…But, I asked how much an area rug would cost, and Jose’s and the company’s involvement/followup was great!

We especially appreciated Brennan. He showed up when he said he would. He also was very professional and did a great job with our carpets. He did not try to sell us things we didn't want or need, and that was appreciated as well. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it.

I had dog accidents that were made more visible following cleaning. I did not know dog had had an accident on carpet. I called and had excellent customer service. Zero Res will be out to correct next week. Excellent follow up.
