The appointment before me had rescheduled, so the tech (Brandon? My apologies if that's wrong--I can't find his name) called to ask if I wanted to move up, which was great for me. He explained the service, available options (pet treatment, etc.), and prices up front and didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. He got the job done in a timely manner, and the carpet looks great.
The technician, Chad, was very professional and was very efficient in the cleaning process. I had 4 rooms cleaned and he was here for about an hour. I was very happy with the way the carpet in each room looked after the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend Zerorez to others. I chose to use Zerorez for the cleaning as I appreciate their method.

Availability of appointments. I love being able to make an appointment online and have the time slot work perfectly for me. The technician arrived on time, communication was clear. It would be great if the incoming phone number would be identified as Zerorez. I get too many junk calls. The rugs came out beautifully and the technician was very knowledgeable about products used.
